What object follows every Astra Vale session?

A small blue notebook filled with unfinished sentences, color notes, and descriptions of sounds that do not exist yet.

The notebook is not a lyric book. It is closer to a map of fragments: “warm static,” “elevator light at 2 a.m.,” or “a goodbye that sounds relieved.”
